Dog Home Foundation is a dedicated organization committed to rescuing and caring for abandoned and injured cows and bulls. Currently, the foundation is sheltering over 250 cows and bulls, all of whom have been victims of accidents, cruelty, abuse, or even acid attacks. Many of these animals are paralyzed or severely wounded, making it impossible for them to survive on their own. Dog Home Foundation provides them with medical treatment, food, shelter, and rescue services entirely free of cost. Every day, the foundation works tirelessly to offer these innocent animals a chance to recover and live in peace.

During the celebrations, it’s not uncommon for people to throw firecrackers and bombs at animals, leading to an increase in severe injuries. Every year, Dog Home Foundation witnesses a significant rise in cases of burns, wounds, and trauma among the animals during the festive season. The foundation is bracing itself for a flood of new rescues, and they know that their current resources will be stretched thin. With the festival approaching, the demand for medical supplies, food, and rescue services will only grow.

The time will vary based on the condition of the animal and the number of animal emergencies at that time. Our helpline call attendants send the ambulances to the most critical animals first, such as animals who are unable to walk, have fractures, are bleeding, etc.
If it’s taking time for the ambulance to reach, please know that it’s because there are more critical rescues required first.
If you can bring the animal to Animal Aid yourself this is greatly appreciated and will ensure fast treatment.

No, Dog Home Foundation does not take owned animals. However, if you are having problems keeping your pet you can reach out to us and we can give advice and assistance.
Yes, all donations to Dog Home Foundation from within India are tax-exempted under section 80G.
Currently, Dog Home Foundation is registered to provide tax exemption to citizens of India only. However, we are in the process of applying for the same.
